Exquisite Walking Canes offers the following Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the package may be returned within 3 days of receiving it. The purchase price will be refunded upon receiving all the items in unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply unless the item was damaged upon receipt, which usually doesn't happen as all canes are inspected thoroughly before shipping. Shipping however, is not refundable. Canes that have been trimmed are not returnable and the sale is final. Please e-mail us at Support@ExquisiteCanes.com , for returns authorization, and to obtain an RA #. Please include the RA # and confirmation # along with your name, date of order and e-mail address with the returned item. Returns without prior authorization and an RA# will not be processed.
